Double en-suite loft room - Nr Uni & City Centre

My wife (Victoria) and I (George) own a house in Kings Road (EX4). Our en-suite double room in the loft should be available from 01/06/26. Our current housemate is moving to London..

Vic is 50 and works as a part time cleaner at the local primary school, I'm 46 and a graphic designer at the Met Office and we have a 18 year old daughter (Matilda). We also have a small dog called Enzo. We're an easy going family and have made a nice home since moving in roughly 15 years ago.

The room itself is a good sized loft conversion on the second floor with windows at either end and an en-suite shower room. At present it has a bed, double wardrobe and chest of drawers. The house is a Victorian 3 bed terrace and has a dining room, living room, kitchen and garden. There is generally plenty of on street parking in front of the house (Annual permit fee applies) We also have fibre broadband.

We are looking for a housemate between the ages of 20 and 50, ideally a student or professional.

The rent will be £700pcm and includes all bills.
