Living with a young professional couple. New build home moved into in October 2017. Close to good transport links. Less than 5 minute drive to the motorway, Within 10 minute walking distance to local train station and bus stops. (Train to the city centre takes 7 minutes).

Parking and garden at the property. Shed in garden can be used to store bike if required. Bills and WiFi included.

We are looking for either a student or professional working in Exeter who wishes to use our home as either a base to come and go from or somewhere to spend more time studying and relaxing. We work full time and tend to be out doing something most weekends. We require a months rent upfront.
