It is located in the St Leonards area of Exeter, so an easy walk to the city centre and all the amenities in Magdalen Road. Ideally located for the hospital, St Lukes campus and Southernhay. There's a direct bus service to Streatham campus.

The available room is a double with en-suite shower room on the ground floor at the back of the house (South facing).

The house is suitable for graduate professionals or post grad students, aged 24 to 32. The housemates have both recently completed PhDs and now have research positions.
We are looking for someone who is friendly, sociable and respectful of their housemates. Someone who likes to live in a clean, tidy environment and does their share to keep it that way.

The rent includes council tax (band C), gas, electric, water, broadband and TV licence.
