Rear courtyard, central heating, shower. The room has its own lockable door. There is a small shed outside.

There is one bathroom in the house, so you would be sharing it with two other people.

When this room is let, the house will have three people in total living in it, and my cat.

You'll be sharing the house with me (the landlord). And a female who is 21. And also a cat (Senna), who is young and quite lively!

Ideally, you will be over 25.
