Modern, furnished double bedroom (including double bed with underbed storage, triple wardrobe, chest of drawers & bedside drawers) with own en-suite shower room available to rent in lovely, new 2 bedroom house. The room is currently occupied by my lodger, who has been with me for 18 months and is unfortunately moving due to relocation to another city.

I am a 32 year old, female, marketing professional, looking for another professional female to rent the room as single occupancy. Due to current situation, I currently work from home mon-fri.

I am a relaxed and friendly person who likes to chill at home with a good series or film, cook, have a few drinks at the weekend, occasionally eat out, go to the pub or cinema and keep fit with home workouts and walking.

The house is situated in a new, quiet estate and also includes shared use of a large lounge, modern kitchen/dining room, enclosed garden with large shed and off road parking space. The bills (broadband, gas, water, electricity, council tax and tv licence) are all included in the monthly rent.

The house is very close to Junction 30 of the M5, Sowton, The Met Office, Pynes Hill, Exeter Business Park, Exeter Chiefs/Sandy Park, David Lloyd, Pure Gym (Bishops Court), and within 3 miles from Exeter City Centre. Excellent transport links include a regular local train service (Digby & Sowton) within a 5 minute walk from the house and local bus services and Park & Ride bus all at the bottom of the estate.
