Very easy access to Newcourt Station and bus stop for getting into town, A30/M5 access for getting away from Exeter!
Very well equipped living room with PS4, Switch, Dolby Atmos surround sound and Phillips Hue lighting.
The house is shared with 2 very large Maine Coons who are very fluffy and friendly.
Brand new and washer/dryer, dishwasher and fridge, all pots/pans/plates/cutlery etc. provided plus any reasonable requests considered.
Superfast broadband included, will be upgrading to 200+Mbps at the end of September.
There is plenty of on street parking as well as limited driveway space.

I'm Sandy, I work 9-5th, 5 days a week. I'm looking for one or two friendly and fun professionals to share my home with. I don't mind if tenants want to keep to themselves or be a part of a more sociable household. I'm happy to share meals and I enjoy cooking etc.
I have the whole top floor with en suite so the bathroom on the middle floor would only be used by the tenant/s.
