Hi! I have a double room in a two bedroom, first floor flat available from 1st October. The flat is fully furnished besides the beedroom, benefits from night storage heating and a tumble dryer. There's a garage directly beneath for storage and sports equipment, motorbike etc, and the complex is very quiet and absolutely safe. There's a free parking permit (first come first served) and the area benefits from unrestricted roadside parking.
We're a stone's throw from the canal, 5minute walk to the Quay and 10minutes from Aldi, whilst the town centre takes a mere 20minutes via the quiet route through the Quay.
I'm Sam, 22 and working in hospitality. I enjoy cycling and seeing my family in Exmouth, and store my moped in the garage with my bikes and other bits. Ideally my flatmate will be similarly independent and sporty but definitely respectful of the shared spaces within the property. Keen to go to the local Wetherspoons is a must!
No pets or smokers I'm afraid.
