The house is in a quiet street close to Exeter city centre, located within 20 minutes walk of RD&E Hospital and 15 minutes to city centre. Ideal location for those studying either at the University or St Lukes Campus. The house has been recently renovated throughout with new kitchen diner, utility room and loft conversion. There are new carpets throughout.. There is a south facing garden which is a real sun trap.

There is on street parking which is resident permit holders due to the close proximity to city centre. Resident permit holder parking covers the hours between 10 am and 4 pm Monday to Friday. A permit can be purchased for £30 if required.
