15-20 minute walk into the city center. Bus stops in both directions are under a minute away.

Large room, furniture included and lots of extra floor space for own furniture if desired. Shared kitchen with fridge, 2 freezers, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Spacious lounge/dining area with sofas and dining table. Allocated off-street parking within car park, and bike shed within the private gated entrance for the flat.

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy due to leaving university. The flat has 2 allocated parking spaces, which are available to use.

Bills (water, gas, electricity, etc) included, everything except internet which is £1 a week.

Non-students are welcome but will have to pay council tax which is not included in the listed rent price.

Flatmates are undergraduate girls studying STEM subjects. They’re all quiet, don’t party or have guests over often, rarely drink, and are tidy, so the flat is clean and quiet. Potential flatmate would preferably be female, but males of a somewhat similar age to the other 4 tenants (they’re between 19-21) would also be acceptable.
