Large bedroom with en-suite shower room and off-street parking space in a flat around 5 minutes walk from University campus and RD&E.
15-20 minute walk into the city center. Bus stops in both directions are under a minute away.
Large room, furniture included but lots of extra floor space for own furniture if desired. Shared kitchen has a fridge, 2 freezers, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine. Spacious lounge dining area with dining table. Allocated off-street parking within car park, and secure bike store within the private gated entrance yard for the flat.
Looking for someone to take over my place on tenancy due to leaving university. The flat has 2 allocated parking spaces, which are available.
Bills (water, gas, electricity, etc) included, everything except internet which is £1 a week. Because the room is the only en-suite and much larger than the others, I currently pay extra on an unofficial basis directly to my flatmates. They are hoping for around £10 a week (£2.50 each) but this is negotiable and not contracted in any form.
Non-students are welcome but, will likely have to pay the 75% single occupancy council tax rate if the estate agent chooses which is about £110 per month.
Flatmates are undergraduate girls studying STEM subjects. They’re all quiet, don’t party or have guests over often, rarely drink, and are tidy, so the flat is clean and quiet. Potential flatmate would preferably be female, but males of a somewhat similar age to the other 4 tenants (they’re between 19-21) would also be acceptable.
