Double room in 2-bed St Thomas home

I am looking to rent a double bedroom in my house which just be shared by just two people. The room is a good size and fully furnished with a double bed and blackout curtains.

The house has been my home for the last four years so I have looked after it and decorated to a good standard. It has an open plan living-dining room with separate kitchen and conservatory. And there is a convenient large upstairs bathroom. There is a courtyard garden out the back, good for hanging washing and summer BBQs. The street is surprisingly quiet and you can get a parking permit if you have a car. It is a short walk to local shops, Exeter centre, the quay and train stations etc.

I've got 100Mbps fibre optic virgin media Internet & TV. The rent includes council tax, water, internet, TV licence, and Virgin TiVo. It’ll only be the gas & electricity which will be split by the occupants on a monthly basis depending how much is used.
