I have a double room for rent on Radford Road which is 10 mins walk from the centre of town, 15 mins walk to the hospital, 3 minutes to Magdalen road, 5 minutes from the quay.
The room is furnished and there will be shared living/kitchen space with me! Parking is available on the street fo £30/year. There is all the usual kitchen stuff and washing machine. Broadband in the house and bills included.
I am a Doctor working at the hospital. I am very active and do a lot of cycling, and normally out most evenings catching up with people for drinks or doing some sort of run/swim etc.
Ideally looking for someone mon-fri with occasional weekend.
