Single room, own bathroom, own living room

Single room available in house near to train station and main bus route, short walking distance to IKEA and Tescos. Short term let but would consider longer term. Initially up to 3 months.

We are both professionals, I have just completed a pgdip in healthcare and my partner is training to become an emergency care assistant in the ambulance service.

We have three cats aged 7-11, one of which is blind, they are friendly so anyone with cat allergies won't be suitable :)

Also we are both smokers but tend to smoke downstairs with door open as we don't like the smell of it.

The house has super fast fibre WiFi broadband and amenities such as washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, hive heating, alexa etc etc, the essential survival stuff.

The house is over three floors and the room is situated on the top floor, can be furnished or unfurnished with sole use of bathroom next to room.
There is a small living room downstairs on the ground floor with a TV and playstation.

We have a garden and when the weather improves we have a hot tub. (neither of us are gardeners so our garden currently resembles a wild meadow but we will get around to taming it)., There is plenty of parking around the property.

We are a very easy going couple and we are quiet, tidy and enjoy having a laugh and watching films. We both enjoy watching football and my partner enjoys baking.

Happy to accept people with small dogs / cats for short term.
