This is a lovely area to live in, that offers excellent transport links, with the M5, train station, bus stops and park and ride all close by. Unicorn Street is located in Digby/Kings Heath, which is conveniently close by to Rydon Lane Retail Park, South West Water, Pynes Hill, Sowton, Sandy Park, IKEA, Tesco 24hr, so is ideal for anyone working in this area. There are buses direct to RD & E Hospital and city centre. We are minutes from David Lloyd, PureGym and also benefit from a beautiful park metres from the house.

Topsham town is just down the road with its abundance of cafes, pubs, independent shops, swimming pool and stunning estuary walks and Aldi supermarket just over the road.

This a modern spacious home which is fully furnished to a high standard. Your large modern double bedroom is fully furnished, including its own king size bed, sofa, drawers, wardrobe, desk, tv fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster and kettle.

Our home has three bathrooms and you will have shared access to two of them, including a bath and shower. We have our own (private) en-suite on the third floor, so the main bathroom will mostly be for yourself and the other lodger on that floor.

There is free on road parking and the house has its own private garden. There is a fully equipped kitchen and living room which you will have some shared access to.

We are a professional married couple, one of which is currently working from home. We also already have one professional female lodger, who is really lovely and considered part of the family. We are warm, friendly and open to socialising, however appreciate some privacy and would also be respectful of your peace and quiet.

We are looking for a clean, tidy, independent, non-smoking professional or respectful student. Contract length is flexible and the deposit is also open to negotiation. We would also consider mid-week only let, for the right person. Finding the right fit for our household is a priority over contract length.

Monthly rent inclusive of all bills, utilities, council tax, regular cleaning and superfast unlimited high speed fibre broadband.

If you decide you would like to join us for the occasional meal, please speak to us about this and we will see what arrangements we can come to that work for us all.
