It's a great location with one allocated parking space. So if you have a car you can either park in the space or on the road. We have local shops nearby and public transportation, the bus stop is a two minute walk and train station a five minute walk. Exeter airport is a five minute drive and the centre of Exeter twenty minutes (although quicker by train).
