Hi . We are looking for a housemate. House has been recently decorated including brand new windows and bathrooms refurbished. Property holds alongside other equipment washing machine, dryer etc and two toilets. Ideally looking for a mature student or professional in a quiet and relaxing house. The house is located close to town 10 mins , Uni 15 mins and RDE 15 mins . There is a big supermarket 5 mins on the door step as well as a few bus stops 5 mins. All bills are included in the rent.
There is a private parking available as well as off road parking. No permit necessary.
Current housemate are working professional, therefore looking for similar.
