The location:
A cosy flat on Magdalen Road, a short walk to Exeter city centre, the RD&E hospital, and the quay.

The room:
The room costs £350 (price PCM including water, but not including gas, electric, and council tax). All in, it probably costs £450 pcm. There is currently no wifi installed because myself and the previous tenant use unlimited data plans on our phones - but happy to arrange this if essential for new flatmate! The double bedroom is unfurnished - but the rest of the flat is furnished (sofa coming soon!).

The living space/kitchen:
The flat is on two floors, with the two bedrooms downstairs, and the kitchen/lounge upstiates. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, and lots of useful storage space. This is already furnished.

The flatmate:
Hello! I am 25 and work at a theatre company in Exeter as a Marketing Assistant. So I love theatre, and sometimes write my own things. I also really enjoy going on walks, and getting outside. I like being social and meeting new people, but I also really appreciate quiet/alone time too. Looking for a flatmate who is friendly and fun!
