Double room to rent in stylish yet homely house in Heavitree. You'd only be sharing with myself and my four guinea pigs (although they live outdoors!). The house is close to the park and a fairly short walk to the local hospital. Heavitree high street is just around the corner and is fab for charity shops etc. I work 5 days a week and fill my evenings with exercise or riding my horse so I am around but not overbearingly there.
