We are a friendly shared house of working professionals (currently 2 guys & 1 girl) in our 20's and are looking for a sociable, non-smoking considerate housemate to join us.
The spacious room overlooks the park, has a fitted wardrobe, vanity unit, chest of drawers, double bed.
The house is in Regents Park. It includes a modern kitchen, gas central heating, washing machine, TV, Broadband, etc.
It is within walking distance to Exeter City and Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital and St Lukes. The Met Office and Sowton Estate are an easy commute. A variety of good pubs, restaurants, take-aways and shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.
The rent is £110pw and inclusive of: Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas and Electricity.
