After months of Corvid-related delays, I am now finally able to start renovating my 3 bed house on Alphington Road. It is not far from the center of Exeter and the A30 and about 20 minute walk to RD&E through the Quay (10 minutes on bike). The house will be going through a full refurb (so I wont include photos of it currently) and I will be accepting lodgers from now
A medium sized double room will be £110/pw. (one month deposit). Bill included.
The house has a kitchen/diner, shared bathroom (I am looking to create an ensuite or another bathroom in the near future), living room and small garden, with rear parking. Details can be discussed on viewing
