Post grads/PHDs welcome.
Furnished room near Uni and city centre in quiet house off main roads with me and 2 friendly dogs.
I work from home as a project coordinator full time. There’s plenty of space to work from home as there’s also a separate dining room with a table looking out into the garden, as well
as room for a desk in the bedroom. I tend to use my bedroom or the front room to work so can accommodate a home worker or student ( no preference for either) in that way if you didn’t want to be cooped up in one room all the time.
When not working I like drawing and painting and have been up cycling furniture over lockdown.
I have been sticking to social distancing etc and need a responsible person who can do the same. The room itself is light and airy, overlooking the garden and is freshly decorated, ready Mid / end September as I currently have a PHD student finishing up his studies. The room is furnished with bed, table, chest of drawers and hanging rail plus there is an extra built in storage cupboard just outside the room.
