I am letting the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom in a modern house in a quiet cul de sac close to Ikea. The room is very large with windows to the front and rear of the house. It is well equipped with fitted wardrobes, large desk, bookcase, cabinet, large chest of drawers and double bed with mattress. The room also comes with a Sky mini box to watch all Sky channels/Netflix/Amazon/Paramount etc if you have a television.

The rest of the house is equally well. The kitchen diner is of the highest spec and has 3 fridge freezers, 2 induction hobs, 2 ovens and a microwave. All other kitchen equipment eg. food processors, pots and pans, cutlery is shared. You will have more than enough cupboard space as well. There is a separate utility room with sink, Miele washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outside is a garden with a bike shed. There is ample parking on the driveway or on the road. There is bus stop 200m away (by Ikea) and Newcourt train station is a 5 min. walk.
