We have one double room, i. e., furnished room, available from the date mentioned, i. e. 1/07/24. It is a cosy, light attractive with Large old style windows, shelves and soft grey carpet. We have one bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a spare toilet downstairs. A separate large storage room for clothes and any items you can see in the photos it’s like another small room basically.

It is a fully furnished and fully equipped house & kitchen. Housemate - Prashant is a PhD academic professional, Helen manages domestic abuse services in Devon and Amber works for charity that works for mental health.. We are tidy, easy going, welcoming and happy people who love cooking, socialising, playing games, watching movies and going out.
The kitchen includes a washing machine with dryer, fridge-freezer, dish washer, oven, table and fire place. The spacious lounge room has a giant TV (with all the subscriptions) and Sofa.

The location - the university, train stations, bus stations, good pubs, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Quay, Gyms and high street/city centre all are not more than 10 minutes walk.
There is a garage in which you can park your cycle and motorcycles.
