Unfurnished double bedroom available

This city centre apartment is tucked away in a quiet part of the city with a 5 minute walk to the high street and the quayside.

The flat is a duplex with my bedroom and bathroom upstairs and the spare bedroom and second bathroom downstairs. Majority of the time you’d have the second bathroom to yourself although it does serve as a guest bathroom too. The spare bedroom is a generous size room which would easily fit a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a desk (just to put it into perspective.)

The whole flat is fully furnished to a very high standard apart from the spare room which is unfurnished which comes with a pretty spectacular view of the church.

I am a social person but I do like a relatively quiet household. I’m also not a massive drinker (getting too old for that now 😂). I’m pretty neat and tidy so someone who has that trait would be a good match.

There is also off street parking in the courtyard if needed.
