Flat mate needed - quiet double room

I require a flatmate to share my 1st floor 2 double bed coachhouse in the Digby area of Exeter. Close to M5.
Large Tesco’s within 10 minute walk, RD&E staff Park & Ride about 7 min walk. Digby & Sowton train station 10 minute walk away.

I am a young professional working at the RD&E.
I work long shifts and enjoy relaxing at home watching a movie when I’m off. When permitted I like to go out into Exeter for a meal and drinks.

I have high speed broadband, sky tv, Netflix, Disney plus which can be watched on the large flat screen tv in the lounge.

The room comes furnished with a double bed with storage, desk and drawers. The picture of the room is of the current tenant. Tv and unit not included. Chest of draws will be added.

Bathroom has a good shower/bath which will be shared with me.

Kitchen fully equipped with large fridge freezer which you will have allocated space in. The kitchen also has a washing machine.

There is inside storage for a bicycle.

Plenty of free parking on the street, as we are classed as Sandy Park you may have to buy a permit for rugby days, I believe around £12 a year.

ALL bills included in the rent.
