Double en suite room available

Hi, my names Kathryn and I’ve lived in Exeter for around 3 years. I own the property so would be a live in landlord however I’m looking for someone I can get along with and would feel at home here too.

The bedroom available is a double and is furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobes, it’s an en suite with a shower but there is a second bathroom available with bath also. You have use of all communal areas also; living room, dining room, kitchen with fridge freezer, dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer, large terrace, there’s also another spare room with sofa bed for occasional guests.

The rent will be £700 bills included, no couples. Short term let’s considered. The room is available from 1 February 2024.

A bit about me... I enjoy cooking, watching tv, going out for drinks/dinner with friends, and trying to keep fit... would be looking for a like-minded person who would be respectful of the flat but also feel at home here 😊
