You’ll get a spacious, furnished double room (bedroom 1 on the floor plan). Access to the shared bathroom and the kitchen & dinning area.
Rent includes all bills, TV licence, cleaning products, kitchen roll, toilet roll, soap and cleaning of communal spaces. I also have a Hoover you can use as well as a burr coffee grinder and milk frother if you’re a coffee drinker!
Pets are welcome but be aware this is a smoking flat so might not be suitable for all pets.
Please only apply if you are veggie/vegan or at least are happy not to have meat in the house.
I’m friendly and up for sharing meals occasionally but ideally looking for someone who’s happy chilling in their own space.
