Flat: Light and airy top floor flat. Open plan living room-diner. On street parking. WiFi and all bills included. Equipped with everything needed in a flat, kitchen and miscellaneous wise.

Location: Westclyst side of Pinhoe. 5 minute walk from Pinhoe station. Easy access to Exeter city. 2 minutes away from co-op, Sainsbury’s a 5 min drive or 20min walk. Super close to nature and public footpaths to explore. Also easy access to M5, route to beaches and airport. Lovely quiet estate, 5 years old, lovely park behind property with public library.

Me: My names Natalie, 30 years old. I work in mental health in the NHS. I’ve always lived in shared places, pretty easy going, tidy, self sufficient housemate. Previously lived in North Devon and moved to Exeter mid pandemic, so looking forward to explore that more now its opening up.

I love the outdoors, exploring new places, new experiences and new food. Love the beach and the water, even more-so now I’ve acquired a paddleboard. I spend most of my spare time catching up with friends across Devon or up country.
