Room in shared house, central Exeter, near Quay

We have a double room available in a beautiful 4 bedroom house in a fantastic location in St Leonard's, near the Quay. The house has a lovely shared living space, large kitchen and a back garden.

The room is on the top floor and will be partly furnished with a bedframe (no mattress) and small desk.

Bills (i. e. council tax, gas&electric, water and wifi) are not included in the rent. We split them between us and they usually come to about £120 each per month.

The current housemates are Yasmin (working in mental health support in the NHS), Leena and Sara (both working for the Uni). We are all quite independent and busy, but enjoy catching up in the kitchen while cooking and we try to arrange the occasional house dinners/coffee dates. We are looking for a like-minded, easy-going and tidy housemate to join us.

We are looking for someone to join the house for a new 6 month contract that would start on 10th Nov, but if required we might be able to arrange an earlier move in date.
