The main bathroom is next to the double room and 95% of the time you will be the only one using it.
Quiet area overlooking the country park. Great location for access to M5, A30, Exeter Airport, Met office etc.
You will be sharing the house with me, my partner and my cat Smokey, so you must love cats! It would be a bonus if you were happy to feed and cuddle him when we’re away. 😻
We are easy going and sociable, or equally happy doing our own thing.
