Lovely double room available in beautiful modern house in Cranbrook.
Clean and fresh decor, good size wardrobe, tall set of drawers, flip-desk and chair, quality Simba mattress, tv available if required.

The main bathroom is next to the double room and 90% of the time you will be the only one using it.

Lounge, kitchen-diner, utility room, nice garden. Quiet area overlooking the country park. Great location for access to M5, A30, Exeter Airport, Met office etc.

You will be sharing the house with me, my partner and my cat Smokey, so you must love cats! It would be a bonus if you were happy to feed and cuddle him when we’re away. 😻
We are easy going and sociable, or equally happy doing our own thing.

We like the house to be looked after and kept clean and tidy, so it’s really important that you have those values too, we’d like someone with high cleanliness standards.
We appreciate a peaceful environment, so we’re looking for a responsible and considerate person, that has a similar perspective.
No smokers or vapers please.

Monthly rent includes provision of general household items, such as laundry powder, loo rolls, washing-up liquid, cleaning products, cling film/foil, sandwich bags etc.

References and lodger checks will be required.
