Large Room Close to Center with Gym

Double room available. The advert is for a double room for 1 person, with use of all communal areas including gym. The room is available from mid January.

The house is 2 minutes from a great Gym Group, and Marsh Barton, with a train station and restaurants, bouldering wall. It’s also a quick walk or cycle to RD&E hospital (it takes me 8 minutes) via the canal or Exeter town centre (6 minutes).

All bills included, with wifi and fully furnished incl basic home gym, large galley kitchen and living room, bathroom, garden with Pergola/seating area, BBQ and parking space.

Although we both work away a lot and you will get the house to yourself the majority of the time, my girlfriend would prefer to share with another female so when we are in the house she feels more comfortable.

We are a young household, into fitness and outdoor pursuits, sailing, kite surfing and climbing, as well as reading, films and learning languages.
