Looking for a friendly person to join our mixed house. Working or student preferred.

If you are a friendly, clean and tidy and are looking for a peaceful house in a great location with little traffic, then look no further!

Bed for 1 person only.

The house is 5 minutes from the centre of Exeter, 20 minute walk from the University & 2 minutes from the Quay with it’s Alfresco bars & the river so a great place to be if you like the outdoors as well as the City life!!

* Inclusive of bills – so long as a you don’t go crazy!

* English or International, everyone is welcome.
* Wireless Internet - if you need a hand getting connected, I’ll probably be useless.. but hey I’ll do my best to help!

* TV, DVD and usual mod-cons.
* Kitchen - fridges, freezers, Microwave, Gas cooker (don’t do electric!!) and all the other usual essentials including an espresso maker! Etc..

* Rear Garden - soon to be Italian terrace with plants and herbs, BBQ etc for those long summer nights! + Shed for bikes etc..

* Lots of free parking close by or permits available for outside the house if required.

Local Public Transport
Buses – 7 Major bus routes go through St Thomas
Trains – 5 mins away from St Thomas, for direct trains to Exmouth, Torbay, Central and St Davids.

Follow the roundabout at Exe Bridges, head onto the Alphington Road. Turn left before the railway bridge onto Willeys Avenue.
