The apartment is very accessible to places (i. e., City centre, Hospital, Exeter University) as the bus station is only 3 minutes walk away.

There is also modern bathroom which consists of sinks, WC & shower cubicles.

Monthly rent is £650 which includes all bills.

May have guests occasionally but not take advantage and be reasonable about it.
No smoking on the property, no couple, and no pets. Should be organised, and able to keep the place neat and tidy.

We are professionals, mostly focused on work. We are also very friendly and like to have a chat or play some games together sometimes. Our hobbies include reading, watching movies (hopefully you can join us sometimes), going to the gym, hiking, touring, and just admiring nature. In our spare time, we like cooking, cleaning or taking long walks.
