We are a friendly and informal 3 bed household in a quiet suburban area of Pinhoe Exeter. Mother and daughter in a family home have a spare room looking for a third female to join us.
The accommodation would ideally suit someone who is here on a shorter term basis, of up to 6 months, either for university, work or training purposes.

The room is a good size single with a single bed, wardrobe, desk and full height shelving unit.
There is a lovely modern well equipt generous size kitchen diner which you would have full access to. Use of washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher, cooking utensils and crockery/cutlery etc if so desired. Or extra cupboard space to store your own.
High speed broadband included.

I occasionally stay away for a few nights a week so ideally suit someone who likes their independence.

I occasionally let the room out on short term basis as well as long term lets. Please enquire for further details.

Within walking distance of several bus routes into the city centre (inclusive of University). Also Pinhoe train station is only a 10 min walk away which gets into the city centre in minutes.
If you are a keen cyclist, I have a secure lockup for a bicycle as there are many cycle routes from Pinhoe to various locations.
Parking is also not an issue.
Also in walking distance of three large supermarkets and local shops.
