Double room in quiet 2 bed house

One lovely Double Room in new build property in a new development. The property is a 2 bed with 2 bathrooms.
The room is furnished but can be unfurnished if required. It’s a large sunny room at the back of the house on a quiet street.

I am a professional who works from home I also travel occasionally for work but I am mostly at home working. You will need to be respectful of the fact that during the day the home is my office.

This is not a party house.
The house will suit a quiet, clean and respectful professional or student who is responsible for keeping the room clean and tidy at all times. The room is offered on a long or short term basis.

There’s a shed that will store a bike and the house is new so heating costs are quite low. Parking is on the street but it’s a quiet street and there’s ample spaces available.

There’s a bus stop at the top of the road, shops are close by and there’s cycle paths direct to the city centre. The nearest train station is Pinhoe and it’s walking distance.

I have a cat so cannot accept any pets.
Water and council tax is not included.
