All bills included, very nice common areas and courtyard, free gym, cafe and grocery store in same block. Great Location: It is only 1 mile from Exeter Uni Streatham Campus and Train station, 0.4 mile from Exeter Uni St Lukes Campus and 0.3 miles from downtown / high street.
