Beautiful rustic cottage ideally situated next to the town centre on the Iron Bridge. Close to the University, train station, city centre, gyms and the Quay. We have one double room, i. e., furnished room, available from the date mentioned, i. e. 1/07/24 for two months. It is cosy, light attractive with large old-style windows, shelves and a soft grey carpet. We have one bathroom with bath, shower and toilet and a spare toilet downstairs. A separate large storage room for clothes and any items you can see in the photos it’s basically like another small room.

It is a fully furnished and fully equipped house & kitchen. We are tidy, easy-going, welcoming and happy people who love cooking.
The kitchen includes a washing machine with dryer, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, table and fireplace. The spacious lounge room has a giant TV and Sofa.

The location - train stations, bus stations, good pubs, M&S, Sainsbury’s, Tesco, Quay, Gyms and high street/city centre all are not more than 10 minutes walk.
There is a garage in which you can park your cycle and motorcycles.
