Near Met Office and Hospital. Five mins from main road in Heavitree with bus links into town. Co-op and cafes on high street five minutes away. Would suit someone needing part time accommodation for work.

Bedroom furnished with 4ft divan bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and lamp, clothes rail, arm chair, mirrors, and desk with office chair. Window looks to back of property over garden and double glazed windows have black out curtains.

I’m a live in landlord. There is a shared dining room with sofa, plus kitchen with breakfast bar and modern bathroom with shower and separate bath. Broadband and Netflix are included.

The house is clean and well presented. I enjoy living with other people. I’m out a fair bit but it’s nice to have a friendly home.

I don’t have a car but if you need a parking space it would be on road parking.

This is a Monday to Friday let ONLY, as I sometimes have family who come and stay at weekends and use that room as a guest room. Any items you have in the room need to ideally be removed for the weekends, it is just for your use during the week. You will however have a dedicated space in the kitchen and fridge/freezer for food etc to be left over weekend. I will provide clean bedding and towel for the bedroom.
