Looking for someone to take over the last four months of my tenancy (April to August) as I'm moving into a more permanent place with some friends.
This tenancy comes with a parking spot- no permit required! Very handy.
Great location right next to Priory Park, 15 mins walk into town, and 20 mins walk to campus.
Lovely bunch of housemates, very friendly and clean. Board game nights every now and again, eclectic bunch. Three students, one student currently working full time, and one young professional.
Room comes with a whiteboard mounted on the wall, as well as normal furnishings. Good storage space provided with the shelves, chest of drawers, wardrobe, under bed drawers, and a storage cupboard outside the room.
