The house is located close to the A30 and M5 so great for commuting; Exeter city centre can be reached within approx 15 mins' drive. There are also numerous bus stops at a very short walk from the house and a train station at a 2-3 min drive (25 mins walk or 10 mins by bike).
We are a professional couple who usually keep ourselves to ourselves but are friendly and always happy to have a chat. The room will suit someone quiet and respectful, who will keep the house clean and tidy. Non smokers and single occupancy only please. We are not able to accommodate pets.
