Female aged 30 and small dog, looking for a friendly flatmate to move in
Great location – 10 minutes walk to the Quay,
20 minutes walk to the double locks,
10 minutes walk to the hospital.
Bus stops to town and other parts of Devon, 2 minutes away.

I’m an artist/Crafter/ dog owner, so not looking for a clean freak or someone who likes rotas/ constant texting.

Do like: sharing art materials, sharing cooking utensils and generally just a chilled shared environment.

Communal garden space and area to store bike outside.
Parking space and visitors parking.
