Room available in a spacious Victorian home

My current lodger is moving out due to a change in circumstances and I’m looking for someone to continue the tenancy in my lovely Victorian home. Situated in an ideal location close to both the city centre and the quay on a quiet residential street this is ideal for anyone working in Exeter. The home comes fully furnished with a double bed and built in wardrobe in the room available.

I’m a 31 year old female who is in full time employment and works shift work. In my free time I enjoy cycling and home cooking.

I also live with my rescue dog Scout (pictured in the ad). She is a patterdale terrier and lovely but still very much getting used to the great outdoors and she will be nervous to meet you at first. I’m looking for someone who will be sociable around the house but will keep the home calm and quiet for Scout.

Because of this, applications will be reviewed on a case by case basis as I want someone who is suitable for us and our home. All bills are included and it comes with a courtyard garden which houses a large shed and an outdoor sofa.
