Double (furnished) room on the Quay, with parking.

I have a spare large room available on the Quay (just off Topsham road) with free parking and a large garden.

It's a two bed apartment set on private grounds and surrounded by secure garden. The room itself is available whenever really, preferably end of July / beginning of August.

It's currently furnished: a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, bookshelves, side tables and drawers with room for a desk/chair. Happy to offer unfurnished though, i'm not entirely fussed.

There's some storage outside for paddle-boards etc and a sheltered bike-rack which is shared with neighbors too.

I work full-time and am happy to socialise here and there but i'm usually always off doing something, studying or building something somewhere.

The city centre's a ten minute walk and the closest coffee shop is 5 minutes (and pretty good coffee) just by the Waterfront.

Access to the property is via Larkbeare House/Topsham Road side.

Happy to do video viewings but preferably in-person. Open to short term lets but longer preferred.
