Cosy Room in Peaceful Home with Beautiful Garden

A bright, cosy room is available in a calm and quiet house perfect for someone who values a peaceful space to unwind. The home is shared with two affectionate Persian cats, so you’ll need to be cat-friendly and happy to live with fluffy company.

You’ll have access to a lovely garden - ideal for morning coffee, reading in the sun, or a bit of quiet grounding after a busy day. The house is well-kept, relaxed, and feels like a true retreat.

Location:
Great access to the city with excellent transport links nearby, plus local shops and green spaces within easy reach.

Ideal lodger:
Someone tidy, considerate, and looking for a calm place to live. Not suitable for frequent overnight guests or a high-traffic or latenight lifestyle - this is a home that stays peaceful.

I am away for work and childcare over half my time - so you would have to be fairly independent (last lodger enjoyed the space of me being away 😅). I don't like the house and cats left alone so it is nice for me to have someone trustworthy in

Happy for short-term contracts - so if you need 1 week, or 1 month as an exchange student or a PhD on placement then that is absolutely fine, and youre welcome to apply. Also open to couples.
