Wifi, water, electric bills included, nice view across the window ( room right next to the park), downtown location( right in city centre), beside Exeter Library, 3 minutes walk to Marks and Spencer, 2 minutes walk to tesco, 9 minutes walk to Exeter Central, 2 minutes walk to Sidwell Street, 25 minutes walk to University Streatham Campus, A lot of bus stops nearby, 2 minutes walk to Timepiece, 8 minutes walk to Fever, 3 minutes walk to Vault, roommate is also from University of Exeter. The roommate is Burmese, he can speak English fluently as well. He’s a chill, nice guy. I’m personally close to him before I rent the same apartment with him. But I had to leave UK because of personal reasons.
