Friendly house share in a new build which would be ideal for professionals, and students are very welcome too. It’s close to the motorway, the A30 and the A38, making travel really convenient. We’re also very lucky to have a train station on the estate, just a one-minute walk away. From there, it’s about 15 minutes into Exeter city centre, or you can head the other way to Exmouth for the beach.

There are excellent bus and cycle routes, and Exeter city centre is only a few miles away. Tesco’s large Extra store and Aldi are around a 20-minute walk or just a couple of minutes by car. Next to Tesco, there’s also a business park with DIY and electrical stores.

I’m the current tenant in this lovely, friendly house share in a modern new-build home. The landlord is really nice and easygoing. He may be around occasionally, but most of the time the house is shared by the ladies living here.

You’d be sharing with two friendly ladies, who would ideally prefer another lady to join the household. We’re looking for someone sociable, respectful, and easygoing who will feel at home here.
