Double room, close to RD&E, inclusive of all bills

We are currently looking to find a housemate for our shared house in Heavitree. The house is a five bed terrace with the available room on the ground floor.

The room comes with a double bed plus a fitted wardrobe and cupboards. The house has a recently refurbished kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), a shower room, and a living room. The house also benefits from a cosy rear patio garden.

The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off Mont Le Grand in Heavitree, close to the RD&E hospital and St Lukes. The Met Office and Sowton Estate are an easy commute. A variety of good pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops are within a couple of minutes’ walk.

An on-street parking permit is also available.

The rent is inclusive of: Council Tax, TV License, Water, Gas, Electricity and Broadband.

We are a friendly shared house and are looking for a friendly, tidy, reasonably quiet and considerate professional housemate to join us.
