I’m looking for a student to take over my tenancy from now until 30th July.

• 5 mins walk to Co-op
• 8 mins walk to Morrisons
Quiet residential area, very peaceful and safe.

🏠 The House:
• Sharing with 3 British third-year undergraduate students
• 2 bathrooms (both with shower & toilet, one with a bathtub)
• Washing machine & dryer included
• Small balcony dining area
• The house is slightly older in style but very well insulated and warm in winter
• Very responsive letting agency (Student Cardens – office near John Lewis in city centre)

🛏 The Room (largest in the house):
• Double bed
• Very large window with great afternoon sunlight
• Located on the second floor (warmer & quieter – no kitchen/living room noise)
• Private sink inside the room
• Brightest and quietest room in the house

💡 Bills not included – estimated £10–15 per person per week (based on last term usage).

‼️ Official tenancy takeover only – tenant must be a registered student or a valid student visa.
