We’re looking for one more person to join our 2nd-year house for the next academic year. One of our housemates has sadly left uni, so we have a room going in a great spot near Union Road.

• Rent: £185 pppw (currently excluding bills), 48 week fixed-term tenancy.
• The Property: 9 bedrooms/ hand-wash basins; two kitchen/diners; two bathrooms and a separate WC, good-sized furnished living room and enclosed courtyard garden to the rear.
• The House: 8 of us (mixed house: 5 girls and 3 boys with various degrees)
• The Room: Double bed, well-sized with plenty of storage.
• Location: Around the corner from The Vic and Co-op.
• Walkable: 15 mins to both Streatham Campus and Town and 20 mins to St Luke’s.

We’re looking for someone friendly who’ll fit in well with a busy but relaxed home.
