I am looking for a tenancy takeover for my Silver Deluxe Studio at The Barn – Exeter (EX1 2FQ).

Prime city centre location – close to bus stations, shops, university access, and all essential amenities.
Fully self-contained studio offering privacy and comfort in a modern, well-managed student accommodation.

Tenancy period:
From 20 March 2026 until 28 August 2026

This is an official tenancy takeover through the accommodation management.

It’s a Silver Deluxe Studio at The Barn (EX1 2FQ).
The contract rent is £263 per week, but the accommodation have been very flexible with me and they currently let me pay £1,086 per month up until the end of the tenancy on 28 August 2026.

• Fully self-contained studio (private kitchen + bathroom)
• Single occupancy, quiet building

The location is excellent – right by the bus station, very close to The Depot and basically in the city centre, so you’ve got shops, cafés and everything you need within a few minutes’ walk.

The tenancy is an official tenancy takeover through The Barn’s management, so everything is done properly and safely.
