The house is a gorgeous Victorian Terrace, with a large kitchen and separate snug, dining room and sitting room. The kitchen has been newly renovated, and the bedrooms have been recently redecorated. We are a social house, looking for a housemate who is friendly, clean and tidy, and is looking for a chilled environment. We are also early birds so if you are a night owl this probably isn’t the house share for you!
There is a rear facing bedroom (with double bed), overlooking the garden, fully furnished, up for grabs.
It is a 20 min walk from Exeter city centre, and to Exeter St David's train station, and bus services close-by. There is the Quayside nearby and an AMAZING bakery and deli a 5 min walk away, and local amenities like Co-op and Tesco's 5 min walk away too.
Bills are included, which include: water, gas, electric and broadband. The broadband is fast and stable in all parts of the house. Council Tax Band - B.
